Project 365: Day 384- December 19th

Ethan and I had a lazy relaxing day this morning :) We got up, got some breakfast, did some grocery shopping, and laid down to watch the new "A-Team" movie. What a good movie! As I've said before, I'm not a fan of action movies, but this one kept my attention rather well :)... well, until I fell asleep! HAHA

After the movie, we cleaned up, visited his mom for a little while, and then met my parents for some putt-putt action :) I was hoping to get some holes-in-one like last time, but I didn't haha! Ethan ended up beating all of us... here's our score card:

Mom and Dad got 43s, Ethan got a 35, and I had a 47. Rough evening for me, haha! Here's a few photos from our afternoon there :)

After putt-putt, we ate at Applebees, then we went to Family Video and rented a new movie-- "The Other Guys" (we'd heard it was hilarious!) And I rented a TV series-- "Fringe" hehe!
We came home, cuddled up with blankets (and flannel peejays), and hot cocoa (thanks to Marie and Corey) and we watched "The Other Guys." SUCH  a funny movie!

Also, Ethan's Aunt Barb gave us TONS of blankets for Tayler yesterday! She gave us burping clothes, receiving blankets, towels, blankets... here's a few pictures of some :)

Project 365: Day 366- December 1st

December 1st, 2010 brought SNOW!! :) Yes, we woke up to our first layer of snow this season this morning :) How beautiful! I absolutely love the snow (except when I'm driving in it of course, haha!) But it's amazingly gorgeous! It snowed on and off all day--- BEAUTIFUL.

It was a light dusting, but... it snowed none the less :)

After seeing the snow, I decided to stay warm inside :) I worked on some things around the house, wrapped a few presents, did the icky dishes, and watched some re-runs of "The Office" hehe! Ethan finally came home and was rushing around so he could go hunting! 

Yeah, he was totally stoked haha! But unfortunately, his gun didn't work when he saw a doe (poor fella) so he came home really disappointed. So, we went and bought some bread for my lunch tomorrow, grabbed some McDonalds, ate while watching a game show, then he headed to the gym. Once he got home, we decided to play some putt-putt on the Wii hehe!

And Tayler joined us, haha :)

Project 365: Day 349- November 14th

We got up this morning, grabbed some breakfast, went to the mall early so Ethan could look at hunting stuff (only to find that the store doesn't open til noon... hahaha... we were there at about 11:20 LOL) sooo we grabbed a sweet tea to share at Wendys and sat down on a bench to wait on the rest of the family to get there so we could all go putt-putting :) Finally Mom, Dad, Brad, & Lil' Ethan arrived and we were ready to get this party going :) We took pictures of those that got holes-in-one. (I had to stop taking pictures of myself.. I got 6 or 7 holes in one yesterday LOL I don't even know how! I'm a terrible putt-putter. I think it was the gravitational pull of Tayler hahha!) But here are a few shots of the day:

Well putt-putting was a blast! Dad won with a score of 37, then it was Ethan with a score of 41, and me with a score of 42. Best I've EVER done LOL! After putt-putting, we went to grab something to eat. I had chinese and it was soooooooo good... nothing like some sesame chicken over fried rice. Yum :) Then, Mom and I went to Joann Fabrics to grab some material for Tayler's curtains in her room and some material for me to make our tree skirt out of since we're putting that up next Friday :) YAY! Love me some Christmas time!
After that, Ethan and I went to Game Stop and since my boyfriend was fortunate enough to sell a vehicle and get some extra money, he bought a used Wii for us! How cool is that??

We were sooo excited! He also bought himself Call of Duty: Black Ops LOL Here he is with the gun playing it. It was sooo funny to watch LOL 

  and he bought me a game :) Which one?? "Are you Smarter Than a 5th Grader" hehe! We played that for awhile and figured out... WE AREN'T! LOL

And after playing a few games, we decided to pull up Netflix on our new Wii and watch a movie! That's one of the reasons I was DYING to get one! :) So, after much confusion and trying to figure out how to access the Wii shop LOL We finally figured it out, downloaded Netflix, and looked through tons of movies! We finally picked out "Law Abiding Citizen." :) Ethan had already seen it, but I hadn't and I was sooo excited because I had heard how good it was :) And oh my heavens! It was AMAZING!

Project 365: Day 244- August 1st

The morning started out with meeting my mom, dad, and 2 of my brothers at the putt-n-glow place at the mall! :) We had sooo much fun haha! Brad and Lil' Ethan are the ones lookin' like a girl and a horse, haha! I didn't do so well......

Mom and Dad tied with a score of 45. Brad got 54. I got a 60, and Lil' Ethan got a 62. Yes, a 9 year old did just about as good as me, haha! :P But I still had sooo much fun!

After that, we grabbed something to eat, did a lil' shopping, then I headed home to relax and do some scrapbooking! :) I got 2 pages done today, but I'm only going to share one for now:

This is a simple page of a common saying between Ethan and I. He'll say "You're beautiful..." and I'll say "You always say that.." and he says "Cause I always think it.." hehe :) Yes, it's adorable!

I cuddled up and watched "Love and Basketball" and waited on Ethan to come home :D
