Project 365: Day 246- August 3rd

Last night, Ethan's momma asked me if I could take her to work because her car is broke down right now... and I said of course I would :) hehe! She is such a sweetheart. So, I woke up this morning and took Carol to work at about 9:45. We had a nice little talk on the way there. It was fun! Here's a shot of me pulling away:


Then I came home, drank a Sprite, took a vitamin, got a shower... and guess what? I felt GOOD today! First time in about a week. I even did my hair, make-up, and wore a cute shirt, haha! Please don't be too shocked LOL


It was great hehe! Then I chopped up some onions, green peppers, and chicken and made stir-fry for Ethan and me for dinner! We were both starving, haha! And, it tasted pretty amazing, if i do say so myself, haha!


And then we headed on out and sold the jet-skis... chachiiiiiiiiing! haha! It was great hehe! It was pouring rain, but we made the sale, thank You God! Ta ta suckaas!

Project 365: Day 242- July 30th

I woke up Friday morning and started cleaning :) I swear by this stuff too! Look it up, buy it, use it :)


And we spent the rest of the day posting our Jet Skis on Craigslist, taking calls/emails, and attempting to sell our jet-skis! If you want these, let me know -- $1600 for everything!


Then Ethan went to get a tattoo, but... it took foreverrr, so instead we went to Subway and spent the night cuddling and watching Forrest Gump.... it was nice :)

Project 365: Day 234- July 22nd

I spent the first part of my morning doing my usual before the weekly grocery trip: clipping coupons and making a grocery list for the next week :) I like to plan what our dinners/lunches are going to be, then develop a list after that. Good times, haha! :) Is it sad I thoroughly enjoy this? For dinner next week we're having: stir fry, roast, green bean casserole, and tacos! Yummy, yummy! :)

After that, I got ready for Arena to come over to cook stir-fry for all of us! hehe :) I got a lil' crazy:

And ugh, it totally slipped my mind to even take pictures of us cooking the stir-fry! BOO. And we went over to the church to watch Ethan play basketball too... and soon left, haha!

We came home and went to Dollar General to buy some snacks for our cuddle night later and on our way there we stopped by the river because a few of Ethan's buddies were down there riding their jet ski, so Ethan decided he wanted to take a few turns on it, haha :P

And then we came home, got showers, got our snacks, and cuddled up to watch

It was such an enjoyable night :)

Project 365: Day 216- July 4th

We spent the entire day jet-skiing today and it was wonderful :) This would be Ethan and me just chillaxin' while Bobby, Matt, and Carrie were jet-skiing haha! We had so much fun.

Then, I played my first game of beer pong EVER..... Ethan and I were teammates... and we won all 7 of our games, haha! Sooo much fun! :)

Happy 4th of July!

Project 365: Day 213- July 1st

So, most of you probably aren't going to care about this, but I felt honored and quite excited :)


Yes it's Xanga... and yes it's only #12, haha, but I just feel so blessed that my blog got #12 on the "Most Recommended" list out of probably thousands of blogs. That's never happened before. Right now it has 97 views and 51 comments. If you're interested in checking it out, try:

So, after that accomplishment, haha, we went in to town and bought a HUGE two person intertube to drag behind our jet skis :)


Once we got back, we were starving! So, Ethan started up the grill and cooked some amazing hamburgers and bratwursts :)

Then, we decided we wanted to try this tube out! So, Matt and Carrie joined our adventure haha! Here's Matt and Ethan airing up the intertube at a gas station. Yes, it looks pretty darn funny, haha! :)

And Carrie and I were the, eh, brave souls? that tried this out FIRST haha! OMG, we were screaming! The water was freezing and splashing in our faces, Carrie fell off lol. I was laughing so hard and just kept screaming "Take us back to the dock!" haha! Here's our after shot:


Then it was the boy's turn! Here's Ethan after pulling Matt around.. and after Matt fell off, haha!


And there's Matt taking Ethan for a spin! Oh my heavens, it was hilarious haha!

And the last time, Matt took Ethan and I for a spin. It ended horribly haha! I was stuck in the water for what seemed like hours lol! But it was a good day :)

Project 365: Day 212- June 30th

So, the first part of my day was spent grocery shopping at Mattingly Foods Cash n Carry :) I got that HUGE bag of chicken tenders for only $11.00! And the last one I got lasted us 3 weeks! You honestly can't beat that! Then I bought another thing of 12 hamburgers that are already made up-- genius! And tons of pizza snacks! Ethan loves those in his lunches haha! :) Then I bought some hamburger buns cause we were out! I can't wait to grill out tomorrow!

And then I came home (after an hour long traffic jam... ugggh) and relaxed for a few. Then Ethan wanted to go jet-skiing, so we did. Except, I didn't jet ski cause it has been VERY cold here recently. Not that I'm complaining, haha! I LOVE breezes and chilly weather. It's my favorite :) Here's Ethan jet-skiing:

Then we went to Ethan's momma's house, had steaks and corn on the cob, and went home and went to bed!

Project 365: Day 211- June 29th

Well, as you can see... I ordered some new glasses today! I order from www.zennioptical.com :) It's an amazing site hehe! Yes, these glasses are a little... odd, haha! But I LOVE them and cannot wait to get them.. hurry hurry hurry! This lady is impatient when it comes to mail, haha!

And then after ordering some new glasses, I headed to Kohls. They were having a sale on some of their shirts.... I got 5 shirts for $20! Sounds like a deal to me :) 3 of the shirts were for me:

I'm gonna wear the blue one on the 4th of July hehe! Yay! And then 2 of the shirts were for Ethan. That boy loves his muscle shirts.. PLUS they had cars on them! He was in heaven, haha!


And then I went over to Dollar Tree to get some cranberry juice! :) It's much needed considering how I've been feeling lately. UTIs are SO not fun!


Then, Ethan and I went down to the river to help his brother get the other jet-ski running. And it FINALLY did.... after all the smoke cleared, haha! :)

And then, I came home, scrapbooked, and watched "Pretty Little Liars." Here are the scrapbook pages I worked on:

Project 365: Day 208- June 26th

We obviously went jet-skiing again today, haha! This is Ethan wake-boarding behind Bobby jet-skiing it up, haha! He did a pretty good job, not gonna lie :P Here's another shot of him passing some people intertubing....

He loved it! I wasn't brave enough to wake board, haha, but I got on the jet ski with Ethan :)

Then, Ethan's mom told us we could have her old grill and her old patio table and chairs because she got some new ones. We don't live too far from her so we ROLLED the table and grill down to our apartment haha! We looked so "ghetto" LOL It was hilarious! haha! Here's Ethan pushing the table:

We grilled out once we finally got things down to the apartment! :) Ethan cooked some YUMMY hamburgers! Drank some smirnoff, played some cards, and enjoyed our 6 MONTH anniversary.

Project 365: Day 207- June 25th

It was a pigtails kind of day for this lady yesterday, haha :) Makes me embrace my child hood... or something lol :P I don't know, but somedays I just loveeee wearing curly piggy tails tee-hee :)

And thennnn, Ethan, Bobby, and Cory attempted to get the jet-ski up and running again.

And they FINALLY got it working! Wahoooo :) hehe! So, Ethan took me for a ride.... :)

And yes I screamed the whole time, haha! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH :) So much fun though!

Project 365: Day 206- June 24th

I spent most of my day working on a project for class. It's not due til Monday, but since we're going to be gone all weekend, I wanted to get it done: PRONTO! :) This is a graphic organizer I designed for the unit/lesson plan I am working on: Budgeting and Finances. I needed a visual representation for my students and well, that's the one I designed haha! It's a little crooked, but I think they'll get the idea :)

And then Ethan came home and we went to try and get the jet skis working again. The batteries needed charged and they needed new gas hehe! Here's Ethan working on the one...

And well, I didn't have much to do during this time haha, so I took some random pictures. I LOVED this one... it's a picture of what was behind me: the bridge, trees, and GORGEOUS sky line! I love it :) so beautiful!

Project 365: Day 204- June 22nd

I'm really trying to get the scrapbook of Ethan and I done (well, at least the pictures of our first 4 months of dating, so I can start on our newer pictures hehe) So, I worked on 2 pages today :) The one above is "I love you because...." and surrounding our picture is a list of all the reasons why I love Ethan :)

The next page is just a random swirly mess of two of our pictures, hehe :) and it says "Those first few weeks we were just getting to know each other but my oh my were they wonderful. You would drive to my house just about every night and I was always so excited to see you. Making sure my hair and outfit were perfect, butterflies in my tummy.... and I thought I loved you THEN."

then, we were out driving around looking for a place for Ethan's sister to move in to and we came across these jet skis. Ethan asked if they were selling, they said make an offer, Ethan did... and bought them, haha! Now we have jet skis! How cool is that???

We are so excited to get them out on the water! :)
