28 Weeks Pregnant

We are officially in our 3rd trimester! That's right-- we are 28 weeks pregnant today 8/6/2014.

Baby Bump says the baby is the size of a chinese cabbage (whatever that is LOL) They estimate he is about 14.8" long and about 2.25lb. I believe this child is a tank-- he is very active-- always on the go!

We have our glucose test today at 4pm. I am SO EXCITED. (Sarcasm implied!) I am just praying that we pass. These things make me so darn nervous because I do not want to do that darn 3 hour!

We have 9-12 weeks left until we get to meet Mr. Lucas Grady. That's only 63-84 days. It's getting close, folks! 

I washed all of his clothes, socks, bibs, and blankets yesterday and got them all put away in his room... not that his room is close to being done... at all, haha! But his clothes are put away :)

Now, for the weekly questions:

How far along? 28 weeks.

Total Weight Gain? 10 pounds so far :)

Maternity Clothes? Not really. Maxi dresses and maxi skirts :)
Stretch Marks? I have some from both pregnancies already!
Sleep:  I'm starting to get really uncomfortable while sleeping. I'm having to move from one side to the other constantly because it starts hurting really bad if I sleep too long on one side.

Best Moment of This Week: Just knowing he's getting bigger and that we hit the 3rd trimester! It's a good feeling!

Miss Anything? I have been wanting to move a lot of things around lately since we are doing construction in our house and I can't. It's frustrating at times, but worth it!

Movement: Yes! Tons.
Food Cravings: Crenos salads with ranch and lots of crackers!
Anything Make You Queasy or Sick? Just certain smells-- can't handle it!
Gender: BOY!!
Labor Signs: I'd sure hope not! :)

Symptoms: Peeing constantly, feeling movement, back pain :)

Belly Button In or Out? She's in between anymore LOL
Wedding rings on or off? Mostly off, sadly!
Happy or Moody this Week?  I have been very happy this week!! :)
Looking Forward To: Ready to get this glucose test over with and PASS IT IN JESUS NAME!!

27 Weeks Pregnant

That right there is one of my favorite dresses! My husband bought it for me at Kohls. I just love it!

We are 27 weeks pregnant today-- July 30, 2014!

According to BabyBump, the baby is about 14" long and about 2lbs. They say you're the size of a cauliflower! 

The omelette cravings are finally done. I hope our bodies got everything they needed from them because if I never see one for a long time, that's fine by me LOL! :)

We have 10-13 weeks until baby graces us with his presence :) That's only 70-91 days!

I keep trying to picture what a baby boy is going to look like for us :) The girls look so much alike! It will be interesting!

Lucas has the hiccups just about every day, bless his heart. Must be all the spicy foods!

Miss Anything? After the kids being really sick last week... and little sleep... I needed a stiff drink haha!

26 Weeks Pregnant

We are 26 weeks pregnant as of 7/23/2014. :)

BabyBump says that the baby is about 14" right now. They say he's the size of a hothouse cucumber (whatever that is!) They also estimate he weighs about 1.75-2lbs. 

We are officially in the 90s! That's right: We have 11-14 weeks to go until we see our sweet baby boy... that's 77-98 days!

Omelettes with green peppers and onions have been my craving for quite some time now... COVERED in hot sauce.

I blame that on all the heartburn, but seriously-- this kid better have a whole head of hair LOL

And now for the weekly questions:

25 Weeks Pregnant

We turned 25 weeks pregnant on July 16, 2014! 

A lot of people have asked: I got the shirt and skirt at Rue 21 online and I ordered the glasses from Zenni Optical! ;)

According to 'Baby Bump,' baby boy is about 13" long and weighing in at about 1.5pounds. They say he's the size of a rutabaga.

We are FINALLY getting things done for little man. I actually have clothes. That's still about it, but we are making some progress LOL

I am still craving omelettes something fierce. Egg with onions, green peppers, red potatoes, bacon, and lots of hot sauce. Delicious! Would you believe I HATED eggs before this pregnancy??? 

We only have 12-15 weeks left (that's only 84-105 days!) That just sounds too close LOL I'm starting to get really nervous!

We have 3 weeks (now- 20 days) til we are in the 3rd trimester. Does it seem like this pregnancy is flying for anyone else??

Sleep:  Terrible LOL My hips are starting to really hurt, plus our 3 year old has been sick all week! It's been a tough time!

24 Weeks Pregnant

Sleep: Hasn't been too bad this week other than peeing a ton has come back with a vengeance LOL

Best Moment of This Week: Feeling him up near my ribs :) It lets me know he's getting bigger!

Miss Anything? I needed a beer this week LOL

Tuesday, July 1st- HELP Mommy clean. I'm hoping to get them sweeping the floors, or something fun like that! 

 

  

Tayler wasn't too interested in this project LOL, but Quinnie ate it up!!

Wednesday, July 2nd- Trace/Draw the letter 'H' and either put it on the fridge or draw it on our chalkboard wall :)

 

 

Tayler had fun tracing Mommy's hand-made 'H' tracing sheets! She didn't do too bad with a little help from Momma!!

 

Thursday, July 3rd- H is for the HOKEY-POKEY! We are going to sing and dance to this song! I hope the girls enjoy it!

 

 

This was a complete bust LOL Quinn ran away when I was singing and Tayler just stared at me like an idiot LOL!!!! But oh well, I still snapped a few pics HAHAHA!

Friday, July 4th- HAPPY JULY 4TH! We are going to celebrate our freedom and independence!

Letter I Week (Alphabet Weeks)

We will be learning about the letter I from Monday, July 7, 2014- Friday, July 11, 2014.

Monday, July 7: We will write the letter 'I' either on paper or on our chalkboard or outside. Whatever looks fun!

Tuesday, July 8- We are going to work on our 'I is for Igloo' crafts. Here is a link. The girls will love this craft-- especially eating the marshmallows LOL

Wednesday, July 9- We will make a trip to get ICE-cream! We will talk on the way there about how ICE cream starts with the letter I and we will talk about all of the yummy flavors there are out there!

Thursday, July 10- I am going to print an 'I' poem from HERE and we will circle all of the 'I's in the poem! Hopefully the girls will be interested in this fun activity!

Friday, July 11- We are going to have a letter I coloring day! I'm going to print off a page from HERE and we will color them sometime throughout the day :)
