February Activities

Well, y'all! We are half way through Winter and I sure hope these activities have been helping this chilly time pass! We love doing crafts indoors during these cold months and we hope you do too! Are you ready for the February activities? We are going to celebrate the Superbowl, Groundhog Day, Valentine's Day, President's Day, and winter! Come join us on our Winter journey!

February Activities-

February 1st- Make a paper football player. (LINK HERE)

February 2nd- Make Game Day paper chains and make a paper groundhog for GroundHog Day (LINK HERE) (LINK HERE) 
*Bible verse of the day- 1 Corinthians 10:31 (Do everything unto the Lord)

February 3rd- Take a vote around the house and make signs on who is going to win the Superbowl.

February 4th- Host a Superbowl party
*Bible verse of the day- 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 (working hard for what we have.)

February 5th- Make a Valentine's Day heart craft (LINK HERE) 
*Bible verse of the day- We are going to start the love chapter leading up to Valentine's Day. 1 Corinthians 13:1

February 6th- Call a loved one today and let them know you are thinking of them.

February 7th- Make a 'pizza my heart' craft. (LINK HERE)

February 8th- Make a heart paper chain and decorate with it for Valentine's Day. (LINK HERE)

February 9th- Make a Valentine's Day Wreath for the front door. (LINK HERE)

February 10th- Buy Valentine's Day PJs at the store and watch a Valentine's Day cartoon/movie together.

February 11th- Work on a Valentine's Day box for school or Valentine's Day treat bags for class.

February 12th- Make emojis out of construction paper. (LINK HERE)

February 13th- Fill out Valentine's Day cards for Valentine's Day parties.

February 14th- Attend Valentine's Day parties or throw a Valentine's Day party!

February 15th- Sing Mr. Lincoln song (LINK HERE)

February 16th- Make a bald eagle out of construction paper. (LINK HERE)

February 17th- Get a penny, nickel, dime, and quarter and discuss the Presidents on each.

February 18th- Fill out President's Day information. (LINK HERE)

February 19th- Make construction paper American flags

February 20th- Make a melted snowman shape craft. (LINK HERE)

February 21st- Do yoga together.

February 22nd- Make handprint cardinals for a winter activity. (LINK HERE)

February 24th- Enjoy hot cocoa and watch a movie together.

February 26th- Make cookies and watch a movie together.
