Project 365: Day 192- June 10th

So, I don't know about any one else in the world, but I am SOOOO OVER allergies. Grr. It drives me crazy! I hate dealing with them.... sinus pressure, sinus headaches, watery eyes, clogged ears, like I'm in a fog (yea, I sounded like a Claritin commercial just now, huh? haha) But seriously, lol, I am so over it. I bought some more meds the other day. Lets hope these ones help alleviate some of the troubles.... or BRING ON FALL, bahaha :)

And then I met my momma for some Kroger shopping, tanning, and McDonalds. And she gave me a Recipe Book that she bought me! I am SO excited to look through and get some ideas :)

Thanks mama! :)

Then we went a'grocery shopping! It wasn't packed at all which was GREAT! I love going grocery shopping with my momma. She had to buy a lot of things for my dad's graduation party Saturday, so went a day earlier than usual hehe! We have so much fun.. chit chatting, bargaining.. it's great! And I LOVE having a full fridge when we're done! It was looking pretty bare yesterday haha!

Then Ethan and I met Carrie and Matt at Subway. Funny story. So, Ethan has this thing where he pokes his fingers through the plastic lid on my sweet tea. DRIVES ME BONKERS. Well, I'm used to it by now... soooo, when I was getting the lid I put an extra one in my pocket, haha! I was prepared. So, I walked over, set my sweet tea down, and started eating my sandwich. He points to something out the window, I naively looked, and he poked a hole through my cup. He started laughing and I quickly pulled the other lid out of my pocket and said "AHA I CAME PREPARED! I GOT ANOTHER ONE!" hahaha! Yea, we laughed for like ever over that lol! Gotta start doing that every time I guess lol :P

And I should mention that Ethan finally got his car lowered. Here's a picture of the perty little thing, haha:

He loves it and it runs great! :)

Project 365: Day 191- June 9th

Everybody, yeah
Rock your body, yeah
Everybody, yeah
Rock your body rightBackstreet's back, alright

Oh yes, I bought these two CDs today.... for $2.99 TOTAL! :) It felt like 8th grade all over again, haha! And yes, I totally listened to them all the way home and yes I totally did the hand movements to "BYE, BYE, BYE" by N*SYNC, haha! Did I care that people were staring? Nope! haha! You can't listen to early 2000 music and not do their hand motions.

I also bought "Couples Retreat" and "The Haunting In Connecticut" for like $8.00. It was a deal day, yes indeed!

And alright, so we lay down to watch "A Haunting in Connecticut"... which I was already freaked out about to begin with, haha! And we're watching the scene where Jonah makes contact with Matt and looks him straight in the eyes and I SWEAR to you, as soon as that happened, my coloring book and the Play Station game BLEW OFF THE SPEAKER. I wish I was making this up, but I am sooooo not. It was SO freaky. Arena and I screamed, Jon jumped up and flipped on the lights, and Ethan just kept saying "Dude, that's crazy!" haha Cause it was crazy. And yes, I had a VERY hard time sleeping after that, haha!

And this is the beginning of a little project Ethan and I are working on. You'll learn more about this later haha :) We started it today :D

Project 365: Day 190- June 8th

Mmm! My day started off with getting things together to cook a Spicy Sausage Nacho Dip!

Here's what you do:

Brown the sausage (the amount depends on how many people you're serving. Since I was just cooking it for Ethan and myself, I used one package of it) and I browned it with sliced onions. I cut cubes of Heluva Good Jalapeno Cheese and threw those into the crockpot. I dumped some jalapenos in there as well. After I drained the sausage, I poured it into the crock pot and turned it on low for about 4 hours.... and it was ready to go! We used nacho chips to dip with! Soooo yummy! Here's the recipe I based it off of:

http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/slow-cooker-spicy-sausage-nacho-dip/c740b3ff-fa53-43c5-a23d-093a44ec09c8

And after throwing that together, I decided to TRY and program our universal remote, haha!

And guess what! I DID IT! All by my wittle self, haha! I've never been able to do anything electronically well, so this was a big accomplishment. I had to try quite a few codes, but I found the one that worked, followed the directions, and then wrote the code down so if our remote forgets it's code again, we have it right where we need it :)

Then... I colored. I am SO serious, haha! I bought a coloring book and crayons the other day because I think coloring is sooo soothing and I colored a few pages :) Cute, huh? hehe!

Then Ethan came home and we went to clean out his car. It NEEDED it lol!

Look at that butt haha! It was about time! :-P

Then I settled in for the night to watch "Pretty Little Liars" and do some homework! Good times :)

Project 365: Day 189- June 7th

As many of you might remember, about a week ago our tubes popped! It was a devastating day lol! It was hassle getting in the river, it was hassle getting into another tube, it was a hassle getting out of the river, and it was a hassle walking a mile back to our cars, haha! Well, Arena and I decided to order new tubes... and here's what they look like!! I am so excited! Ethan and I can share one, cooler in the middle, drinks on the side. We are SO ready to go tubing already.... now if we could just have a day off, haha! :)
Annnnnnnnd, my new Ipod touch cover came today! Before I had a soft white cover and it just didn't protect it like I needed it to (because, well, I drop things... alot, haha!) How cute is this?

Plus it was only .05 cents. You cannot beat that, right? :)

After work, I watched some TV and clipped coupons! Yes, this is becoming something I thoroughly enjoy doing hehe! Going grocery shopping early this week cause we desperately need it (plus I want to try my hand at some new things: cheesy bacon bites, spinach dip, strawberry pizza) I bought a pink holder for my coupons and everything hehe!

And okay. How about Secret Life of the American Teenager? Adrian is pregnant and wants an abortion I'm assuming. No one has any idea. This is going to be a twist... first season it was Ricky and Amy having a baby while Adrian and Ben were the significant others... now it's Ben and Adrian having a baby while Amy is the significant other. As for Ricky and Ashley-- yea, they're going to hook up. I'm not a fan of Ben and Amy together. They annoy me... as does Madison. As for Jack, I don't understand how his parents could tell him to find a place to live for the next school year. Weird. Should be quite the interesting season... and can I just say that my teenage years were NOTHING like theirs?

Project 365: Day 188- June 6th

Ethan played in the Gus Macker this weekend, so i went into town and met my parents and brother at Bob Evans. This was the sky on my way there (about 9AM)... how scary is that? We had some terrible storms hit Ohio over the past few days... I literally thought a tornado was just going to drop right in front of me. I had my route of escape all mapped out on my way there, haha!

While there, I got a yummy sausage biscuit bowl! It was soooo good! We had such a good time just chit-chatting. We were there for almost 2 hours hehe! I just love seeing these guys :) Mom didn't want me to post this picture though cause the wind was blowing really bad and her hair was in her face, haha! As you can see, the storms were continuing to blow in!

And here's two other random pics of all of us in a circle, haha!

(Cut off Corey's head... oops!)

(That's better, haha!)

And oh my heavens, I got a job at Cha Cha! I am so thankful!!!

And oh my heavens, I tried a Warm Delight for the first time ever.... warm fudge brownie... PURE AMAZINGNESS!!

Project 365: Day 187- June 5th

I woke up this morning, worked on my scrapbook, watched a movie, then headed to Mattingly Foods, the Dollar Tree, and Tim Hortons with my momma! I bought spicy chicken tenders, some hamburger patties, strawberries, and pizza snacks for Ethan and me at Mattingly's. At the Dollar Tree, I bought some things for around the house: a whisk, air freshender, toilet bowl cleaner, toilet brush, new pitchers for tea, coloring books, crayons... and a tooth brush holder! :) Eth had been wanting one of those, so we made the purchase... wahoo! haha!

And I watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs on Netflix! CUTE movie!

Then I came home and colored :P and Carrie and Matt came over. Carrie and I did our nails :)

Love them! :) I love the cute lil' designs, haha!

And we went to Dollar General... ROAD TRIP! haha And Ethan and Matt decided to model for us.
We had such a good time haha! Cheers to Project 365!

August 13th Journal Prompt: Anger.

The journal prompt of the day is: How do you deal with your anger? I bottle a lot of my emotions up inside. If I feel anger- it may show on...
