Project 365: Day 305- October 1st

This would be my lovely set-up this morning on our NEW COUCH/BED :) I just love it! Place for my drink-- area for my book stuff, pumpkin cookies from Kat, and my laptop :) Amazing set-up haha!

And after working on my book for awhile, I decided it was time to paint some circles for the baby's room!

So much fun and so so relaxing! And it was just a crafts kind of day, let me tell you! Ethan went fishing and I sat down and worked a bit on the baby's scrapbook :)

This is the page with the card and letter from my Mom (or Gigi-- what the baby will call her hehe)

My favorite scrapbook page thus far! :) 6 weeks pregnant!

And after working on my scrapbook for awhile, it was time for Ethan and I to paint our pumpkins!!

Here's Ethan steadily working:

And here's our final products! (The front)

Mine is on the left and Ethan's is on the right hehe! And here are the backs:

(Ethan's is on the left, mine is on the right)

We had such a fun night! We turned on spooky music on youtube and just had a great time hehe! I couldn't quit smiling :) And we seriously went to bed at 840PM last night-- on a Friday night. I think that qualifies us permission to enter the old foagies club haha!

Project 365: Day 304- September 30th

I woke up this morning and guess what?? I was 13 weeks pregnant and OFFICIALLY in my 2nd Trimester! Oh, it was good to see that! So, so relieving!! :) I'm already so in love with this little bundle of joy it's insane, hehe! Here's a shot of my tummy without the shirt:

We love you sweetie!

After getting up and getting some breakfast (and feeling somewhat normal) I met my mom at Hobby Lobby so she could pick up some things for work and I wanted to grab some things to start painting for the baby's room. We're going to do a black and white polka dot theme and then once we find out what "it" is, we're going to add some blue/pink accents! I'm so excited about it! Here are all of the supplies I purchased :)

Bought tons of wood circles, paint brushes, a tape measure, ribbon, glue, black/white paint, paint for our pumpkins we are painting Friday night, and glitter glue so I can write our names on our stockings for Christmas :) (I know, I plan ahead haha!)

And after we had a yummy lunch at Wendys, I headed home and immediately got started painting. I was too excited to wait :)

And there's one circle after first painting it... and here's what it looked like after it dried. I think all systems are go for me to keep painting circles, hehe!

I'm so excited to see how it all comes together :)

And of course, here's a picture of the proud momma painting it:

And then finally Ethan got home and after we ate some yummy dinner (salads with chili, cheese, tomatos, and taco chips.. mmm) we headed to Walmart to pick up our NEW BED! Oh, I cannot explain to you how excited we were. It's a futon, but it's much better than the bed contraption we were once sleeping on LOL Here's the futon during the day:

And at night time after I've added the fitted sheet, blanket, and comforter:

We are SO SO in love! And SO SO happy :) I am so thankful! Good night's sleep.. here we come :)

And we were in bed at 840 PM last night, haha! I swear... we're getting old LOL

Project 365: Day 303- September 29th

We got baby booties and a hat in the mail today that we ordered from "Hooked With Love."
We are sooo in love with them already hehe and can't wait for our little guy or little girl to wear them next football season. They're gonna represent the OHIO STATE BUCKEYES! :) That's right! Just like his/her mommy and daddy! We love you sweetie and want the best for you!

and after Ethan got home, we jumped in his car (after a rough afternoon) and headed in to town so that he could do Tae Kwon Do and I met my momma at her Murano and we walked to the Subway on campus for some dinner. I definitely needed a walk. I really need to stay active so that was really helpful-- even if I felt like I was going to throw up or quit breathing the whole walk there, haha! Here's mom and I waiting for the guys (Dad & Ethan) to get done:

I just love our Wednesday afternoon mom/daughter dates :)

And we came home and literally fell asleep-- at like 9PM lol! We were both SOOO exhausted!

Project 365: Day 302- September 28th

This was pretty much my view today. I once had a great handle on this whole morning sickness thing (plus, I'm 13 weeks Thursday) so I thought things would be better, but they went down hill this morning. I couldn't so much as lift my head off the pillow without wanting to vomit. It was rough... and my blood sugar was low today even though I was trying to shove down as much soup and crackers and what not as possible. It was just a rough pregnancy day today! lol But I have full hopes that it'll be better tomorrow :)

and then FINALLY Ethan got home and guess what he did for me? Went and picked up McDonalds! Here recently I've been craving Big Macs and Large Fries. Okay, okay... not so healthy, but basically I eat what I'm craving because everything else makes me want to vomit when I look at it LOL

After we enjoyed some McDonalds, we headed to the store to get some snacks for me for Wednesday!

Donuts were just one of the thing we picked up :) I got some small tubs of spaghetti and meatballs from Chef Boyardee and some ramen noodles and some granola bars... and some of my favorite Doritos, hehe! And like 30 bottles of water :) Yummy yummy! Can't wait to eat it ALL lol :)

and then we came home, I rested while Ethan went to work out, and then once he arrived home we snuggled up and watched "The Tooth Fairy." It was a pretty cute movie!

Project 365: Day 301- September 27th

Oh, most of this lovely Fall day was spent working on my project that I unfortunately procrastinated on, haha! I was like "Oh, this project is nothin! I can do it all in one day...." and 5 hours later, I was pulling my hair out because I was STILL working on it. It was about the 8 Multimedia Rules in e-Learning. Interesting, huh? hehe! :) Well, the good news is--- after a couple slices of pizza, tomato soup, and a bag of barbeque chips... it's done and I'm officially on break for 2 weeks! (Which, sounds amazing, but I'm a little frustrated about... want to hear why?)

So, I looked at my classes today and it says that I'm not due to start my next class til October 12th. I'm not really sure why I have a 2 week break, but I do now. My original completion date for graduate school was March 28th, 2011--- PERFECT considering I'm due April 7th, 2011. Well, with this 2 week break being issued, my completion date is now April 11th, 2011... not so perfect and rather frustrating. So, for my final class (my MAED capstone class) I'm going to have to do all my work (for a 6week class) in the first 3 weeks. Wish me luck, haha!

After all of this, Ethan arrived home, we went and got his exhaust pipe fixed, and well-- we were going to make tomato soup and grilled cheese, but unfortunately, my blood sugar was dropping-- quick! For some reason that's started happening a lot since being pregnant, so we stopped at McDonalds and yes, I downed all 1,000 calories of a Big Mac and large fry and I was not ashamed of it haha! :)

It was FINALLY fall... ALL day today! Cool and rainy! Here's what the sky looked like:

Looks all "fall-y" huh? hehe! And while the sky looked like this.... my tummy looked like this...

12 weeks and 4 days along. Baby B is a'growin and I LOVE it :)

After McDonalds, Ethan and I snuggled up, lit our fall candles, and watched "The Sixth Sense" because I'd never seen it before hehe! :)

Cheers to Project 365! :)

Project 365: Day 300- September 26th

Our day started out with a road trip to Tim Hortons to get chicken salad sandwiches, smoothies, and donuts for breakfast hehe! It was SO yummy! And after eating, we got our sweatshirts on and headed to then nature trail they just established in town. Walking is something I absolutely love and we had such a good time doing it :)

It was chilly, but amazing :) Can't wait to make a habit out of it this fall. Oh and speaking of fall-- how about this amazing fall weather? Oh, I am in LOVE. :)

After we got home, Ethan went on a bike ride with his buddies and I curled up on the couch and watched my favorite movie-- Titanic *sigh*

Then, we got ready and met my parents at Applebees for some dinner! I had been DREAMING about boneless hot wings... and yes, we got some, haha! I also got chicken tenders and fries with honey mustard. Yummy! It was such a good dinner! Here's mom and dad afterwards:

And Ethan and me:

No, he did not wear that ridiculous hat inside of Applebees LOL but he did make me try it on, haha!

Too funny. And on the way home, Eth decided to play the trumpet to "Handlebars" by the Flobots with the giant water bottle, haha! He's hilarious!

And it was a GORGEOUS sunset last night and I HAD to take a picture of it :)

And Ethan and I were goofing around and were smashing each other's faces and making each other talk and laugh. It was hilarious. We got a little video of it LOL

Happy 9th Month Anniversary Ethan! :)

Cheers to Project 365!! :)

Project 365: Day 299- September 25th

Woke up this morning feeling terrible yet again *sigh* But my loving boyfriend went to McDonalds and grabbed some hot cakes and sausage for me :) Such a sweetheart! And then he left to go ride his street-bike and I folded the laundry and hung it up! We had 2 huge baskets full. It was needed! :)

After that, Ethan and I ordered some pizza: half pepperoni, half bacon/onion, got some drinks, and snacks and prepared to watch the OSU/EMU football game. Oh and I found my FAVORITE snack in the WORLD yesterday! These Doritos:

Oh my gosh! HEAVEN :) Try them sometime. You'll love it!

Then, I plopped myself down on the couch with my laptop to twitter the games and watched the OSU Buckeyes stop the EMU Eagles 73-20. Amazing game! Loved every second of it.. even if I was alone most of the time, haha!

Then we went to a local pizza shop, came home, watched Titanic, and went to bed! :)

Cheers to Project 365!

August 13th Journal Prompt: Anger.

The journal prompt of the day is: How do you deal with your anger? I bottle a lot of my emotions up inside. If I feel anger- it may show on...
