Day 50: Who (Living or Dead) Would You Invite to Your Dream Dinner Party?

1. Jesus of course! :) I have so much I'd love to talk to Him about... so much to thank Him for! It'd be a long conversation at that dinner party, but we would have some fun, haha! :)

2. Am I allowed to add Daniel Tosh on to the same list as Jesus? He's not politically-correct whatsoever, but oh my gosh, I find him just HILARIOUS.

3. Reese Witherspoon. My favorite actress! I'd LOVE for her to be present at the dinner party!

4. We'd need some musical entertainment-- so I'd definitely invite Drake.. Tim McGraw.. Darius Rucker :) I know, I spread my taste out quite a bit, but these are some of my favorites :)

5. My family. I would want them present to meet these famous people! :)

Project 365: Day 466- March 11th

This picture doesn't do this meal justice, but I made "Bubble Pizza" for dinner tonight! :) I got the recipe for this back in the 9th grade (thank you Mrs. McConnell and Home Economics!) And it's been one of my favorites since. :)

I took 2 cans of biscuits and cut them up and scattered them across the bottom of the dish.
Then, I poured pizza sauce all over the biscuits.
Next, I put pepperonis all along the top of the pizza sauce.
I added some frozen crumbled sausage
and I browned some hamburger and added that on top of the sausage.
I cooked all of that for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
Once 40 minutes was up, I added cheese on the top and baked it for 10 more minutes.

I hope you all enjoy it :)

Then, it was off to the grocery store! We needed some snack-os! haha And I was desperately craving some breakfast foods--- french toast sticks :)

We got our groceries!

I planned out our dinners for next week and bought all the things to make those--- maybe this will be my last week making dinners for a few weeks? :) We'll see if we have a baby next week, hehe!

And while there, my momma gave me a few gifts she had for me. The first one was from my paternal Grandma :) She dropped a present off to my parents for my birthday! How pretty is this?

Since I have the "sunflower" theme in our kitchen, we set it up in there :) I love it!

And she gave me a present from my maternal Grandma too! The last thing we needed for our sweet Tayler was baby monitors and she bought us one! They are amazing! Thank you so much to both of my grandmothers for these gifts! :)

And she gave me two of the most priceless gifts... EVER! :) She gave me a jean skirt that was mine when I was just a little girl and the dress that I came home from the hospital in!! :) How sweet is that? I cannot wait for Tayler to wear them and know that her mommy wore them too, hehe!

Once I got home, I unpacked everything, went to Ethan's work and got a salad, propped my feet up, then headed to bed! I was BEAT.

Cheers to Project 365!

Day 49: The Things You Love About Your House

That it's 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom *sigh* In October 2010, we were living in a 1-bedroom apartment and thankfully, God saw it fit to open up a trailer down the road from us... and it's PERFECT! I feel SO blessed to be living in such a home!

And instead of listing all that I LOVE about my house, I'm going to show you through some pictures! :)

THE LIVING ROOM:

I LOVE the colors. I LOVE our carpet. I just love sitting in our living room. It's so peaceful to me!

THE KITCHEN:

I LOVE the theme. I LOVE the colors. I LOVE having a huge, clean kitchen, hehe! :)

TAYLER'S BEDROOM:

It's rather crowded in there until she arrives, but I love the theme :) We went for a "diva" theme, haha! Black, white, and hot pink polka dots. We even jazzed it up with some zebra stripes :) I LOVE it and I'm so happy she finally has a room of her own!!

THE BATHROOM:

I enjoy the theme of the bathroom :) It's country blues, browns, and whites :) I love that vintage sign hanging up too that my momma bought for us :) It feels so nice and cozy in there!

OUR BEDROOM:

I LOVE the theme for this room-- we did a "Big City" theme! The picture frame on the wall is of London and the 2 things hanging next to it are of Paris and London. And the shelf above our pillows is of New York City :) We have the black energy saver curtains and I think it just all goes together nicely!

I am SO beyond thankful for our house and I LOVE it so much! I'm so proud of where we came from... God has surely smiled on us :)

Project 365: Day 465- March 10th

March 10th, 2010 marked being 36 weeks pregnant-- that's 9 months for all of you non-mathematical people out there, haha! I know, I know.. if you haven't read about pregnancy (or had the privilege of going down this amazing road yourself...) it can be confusing. See, women are actually pregnant for 10 months because they count the month prior to taking the pregnancy test at exactly 4 weeks pregnant. So, for example: I took my pregnancy test on July 29th (exactly 4 weeks pregnant), so my first month of pregnancy was technically July 1st-July 29th :) Thus, I am now entering my 10th month of pregnancy. WAHOO! :) Either way you slice it, we're getting close and I have to tell you that I am READY. Maybe not mentally, but I hear you can never be entirely mentally ready for it.

But want to see this dropping belly at 36 weeks pregnant?

(There's a full body shot, obviously, hehe!)

And an upclose of that belly:

And a bare belly shot:

I can hardly believe we are ALMOST there. (For my new readers-- our due date is April 7th, eeeek!)

Wednesday, I didn't feel good. Almost like I had a stomach virus. We were making pit stops on our travels that day and once I got home, I just cuddled up in bed. Today was no different. I felt better but still didn't feel myself, so my mom told me it would probably be best if I just stayed inside and stayed away from anymore germs or sicknesses until I felt stronger. And I agreed. So, I hung out at the house today and put some food in the crock pot! I was making Swiss Steak and Potatoes tonight.

I stole this picture from Betty Crocker.com because mine did not look ANYTHING like this, haha! Ugh, I didn't like it at all. I know, that is terrible, but ugh. It was just bland to me. I wasn't a fan. But YOU might like it... so here's the recipe: here I hope you and your family enjoy it!

After dinner, Ethan went to town to pick up some boots, I napped and then watched "American Idol."

Okay-- first of all... CASEY ABRAMS :( My heart breaks that you're in the hospital and sick! I am praying for a quick recovery-- you are our favorite in the Bay household! Get better fast! Please!

Second-- I had the bottom 3 wrong (well, 2 out of the 3) but picked the right person to head home-- Ashton Jones. She just wasn't as strong as the others, in my personal opinion... and okay, the bottom 3? I think Haley & Karen have MUCH stronger voices than Stefano and Thia. (Can you tell I'm not a huge fan, haha!) But either way, at least neither one of them went home! Thus, we bid adieu to Ashton and progress on with the Top 12! I am excited to see what next week looks like :)

While I was sick today, I took the time to re-do my blog. I'd been tossing and turning over the idea of paying someone to design it for me, but that always scares me. Not that there isn't a huge amount of talent out there, but that it wouldn't be JUST how I want it. So, I decided to read a bunch of tutorials and try things out and personally, I think it turned out how I wanted! I'm sure I have a lot more to learn, but it was enjoyable while I was working on it! :) I hope you all enjoy the new look AND TITLE, too! :)

Cheers to Project 365!

Going Into Labor...

I'm 36 weeks pregnant...

And I have a labor question. (So this obviously goes out to all of the mommies out there reading...)

Who all did you tell when you went into labor (or who did you tell while you were in labor?)

Did you want people in it and out of your room? Did you keep it quiet? Was it just immediate family?

I'm struggling with this for a few various reasons.. I don't really want to go into ALL of them, but I'm just curious how YOU dealt with labor and the masses of people that wanted to be there...

Fill me in, please! :)

Day 48: Accomplishments you are Most Proud of

1. Graduating High School. I think that's the first thing I did in my life that I was EXTREMELY proud of :)

2. Graduating with my bachelor's degree. The next HUGE thing I was most proud of. What a relief... and an accomplishment :) I was actually the first person on my dad's side of the family to graduate from college! I felt SO proud of that!

3. Continuing on with my master's degree. I'm actually 4 weeks from being done with it (yes, my completion date is 3 days after Tayler's due date... EEK!) But I am so proud of myself for sticking with it and completing it.. during getting married, having a baby, etc!

4. Publishing my first book. What an honor and a privilege. God was my co-writer in this project and He opened the doors for me! If you want to check it out, scroll down the right side of my page and click on the "Amazon" link :) I'd appreciate it!

5. Overcoming anxiety and depression. It wasn't easy and I still have my struggles. It takes all my might to do simple daily tasks, but you know what? God gives me the strength to do it EVERY SINGLE TIME. And every single time it gets easier! I have been blessed to be succeeding in this trial for over a year now.. and let me tell you.. there is a light at the end of that dark tunnel. Keep holding on!

6. Getting married. Is that an accomplishment? haha! Oh well, I'm proud of my hubby and myself for sticking it out through the hard times and living every moment in the good times :) He's my best friend and my right hand man. I couldn't imagine life without him in it!

I'll keep you posted if anything else comes to my mind  :)

Project 365: Day 464- March 9th

So, my husband's car blew up Tuesday afternoon. No, I'm not talking like on-fire-blew-up, haha! I'm talking in car-terms that only men and some women understand (I still don't get it and had it explained to me like 12 different times...) But I digress. And since I'm 36 weeks pregnant... and I suppose labor could be right around the corner.. and since his truck in this shop to get it's windshield wipers fixed.. He decided that what he needed was a new car. A gas-getter, if you will (have you seen the gas prices lately? Sheesh-o, but we pay them because, well, the alternative is riding a bike and HAHA, this woman surely isn't doing that LOL) So, today he took the day off so we could hunt for a new car. BUT, we couldn't begin our journey without a pit stop at Subway (he was craving a sub... such a woman ;)) and while we were there, the manager offered us cookies in exchange for going and getting her some 1's at the bank. A pregnant woman and a man? Yes, we took that offer, haha! Here are our yummy cookies:

Chocolate Chip M-n-M, Chocolate Chip, Raspberry Cheesecake, Peanut Butter... YUMMY :) Thank you, thank you, Subway for giving us things we don't need, but do desire and appreciate!!

After Subway, we were on a quest. We had to go 25 minutes one direction to get his title out of his truck, then we had to go 40 minutes another direction to go to his bank, then we had to go 15 minutes another direction to start our look. He saw a few that he liked, but he couldn't decide. We had an impromptu dinner at Steak-N-Shake with my momma :) It was SUPER yummy and I failed to take pictures of our meet-up :( But, then we were back on the road.

Oh, and would you like to see the conditions of the weather of our car-shopping day?

Perfect huh? Rain, rain, rain. And gloomy, gloomy skies. Pitiful, but we made it work. I stayed in the car and he got out and walked around car-lots LOL :) I used the excuse that it was slippery out and I didn't want to risk walking everywhere... It's true, but I really wasn't that worried.

Anyways, he started having this feeling (and the clock was proving that time was running out) that he was going to have to go with the car that he liked at the first car-lot he went to. Then we drove past our last car-lot and there it was.... a 2000 Ford Focus for a great price. He was ecstatic. We test drove it. He loved it. And we made the purchase! :)

It's an automatic... 4 door (which means we can fit a car-seat in it!)... air/heat works... amazing CD player... a device to plug his Zune in to... BEAUTIFUL. Yes, mommy approves :)

So, then we came home and it was RELAXATION time. We'd been on the road since 730AM and I was beat, haha! We snacked on some food then he was headed to work. Which means cuddling up in bed for me... and guess what was on tonight??

AMERICAN IDOL.

So would you like my AI re-cap with who I think will represent the bottom 3 tonight?

Tonight was the top 13 performing songs by their idols. I thought overall, it was an amazing night. And I always judge singers by whether or not I remember their performance. If it kind of fades into the background, I didn't really enjoy it.

I thought Lauren Alaina did a great job singing "Any Man of Mine" by Shania Twain. I don't think it was her best performance by any means (she didn't show the power in her voice) but I think she did enough to save herself a spot in the Top 12.

CASEY ABRAMS. Do I even need to write about this man? AMAZING sums up his performance last night. If he doesn't make it through, I'm done with AI.. let me tell you.

Ashton Jones. Sorry, I'm just not a fan. I don't think she should have been saved during the top 24 week.. and I think she showed that last night. Sorry, she's bottom 3. Or at least she should be.

Paul McDonald. He's different. He's quirky. I like it! I don't think it was his best performance (I LOVED him during Hollywood week... that soft song he sang.. GAH) but I think he will be safe!

Pia Toscono- AMAZING. Another one that just takes your breatha way when she sings. She sang "All By Myself" and did an amazing job! She has a powerful voice and she shows that every week!

James Durbin- Great job! He's not my favorite (I don't know, I've never been a fan of 'copying' which I sometimes feel he is doing... yeah, I'm talking about Adam Lambert. I love originiality which Adam had, James doesn't necessarily) but anyways, that doesn't take away from the fact that he is an amazing singer and no doubt, will progress on in this journey!

Haley Reinhart- I'm a fan. I thought her "yodeling" during Leeann Rime's song "Blue" was amazing. She's different (and can you tell that I like that??) and I think that's what makes me like her so much. She's competition for me though. My husband just adores her, haha! :) She'll make it through.

Jacob Lusk- He was a little off at first, but he sealed the deal and showed us WHY he was chosen for the Top 13 at the end of R. Kelly's "I Believe I Can Fly." The choir, the background... his voice. Everything was amazing and I believe he will see the Top 12.

Thia Megia- Not a fan. Sorry. The song was a weird choice... and I was just NOT feeling it whatsoever last night. I love saying her name though... It rhymes! Bottom 3 for sure.

Stefano Langone- I know, I'm terrible, but not a fan of his either :( I don't think he should have been chosen for the 'wild card' last week, either. He's not as strong vocally as the others... I have a good feeling he's in the bottom 3 as well.

Karen Rodriguez- She wasn't as strong vocally last night, but I still think she did enough and has an amazing enough voice to progress on to the Top 12.

Scotty McCreery- Another one of my favorites :) Hands down-- even if he doesn't win, he'll have a record deal. That's just the kind of talent this boy has. His country voice is amazing.. and he can sing to me any day!

Naima Adedapo- I'm not a fan of hers. I'd put her in the bottom 3, but I think the other 3 I picked deserve it more. I think what put her over the top was her dancing and entertainment. If nothing else, she put on a show and I think America will appreciate that.

So bottom 3 recap:

Thia Megia, Ashton Jones, and Stefano Langone.

You decide who goes home... I think it's Ashton.

We'll see!

Cheers to Project 365!

Day 47: The Things you Love About Your Body

Can this be pre-pregnancy? ;) haha! Seriously, kidding. I'm going to do this focusing on my body right now because self-esteem seems to be the thing I'm struggling with anymore.

1. This belly. Seriously, all jokes (and stretching) aside, this is one cute belly! And the fact that it is home for the cutest little girl in the world (yes, I'm a little biased!) makes it even better :) Sure, I cry at times thinking about the fact that I may not ever get to wear a bikini again, but let me tell you, this sweetheart is worth every single bit of it :) I LOVE this belly and it will be such a bittersweet moment once it's gone.

2. My boobs. Am I allowed to say that on a blog? Seriously. I could have fit into a training bra pre-pregnancy and now, I couldn't even get a training bra to wrap around my body, haha! I won't go into details, but just know-- they are awesome.

3. My height. I'm about 5'9-5'10 and I LOVE being tall :) Sometimes it's hard to find clothes that I like (I have a loooong torso and with a belly added on to that, well... it gets a bit frustrating) but I'd rather be tall, than short. No offense to my lil' ladies out there! :)

4. I LOVE my hair! I recently got it cut and I have BANGS. I feel like such a mom with it and I LOVE waking up in the morning knowing I can try something new with. And it's comforting to know that once Tayler is born, I can just throw it up and it still looks alright! :)

5. My smile. Okay, conceited right? No. No. No. I really think I have a pretty smile. It's white and big! I LOVE it :)

Project 365: Day 463- March 8th

Today was an exciting day because Arena (my future sister-in-law) and myself were making dinner for my husband and his brother!! What were we brave enough to make??

Three Cheese Beef Stuffed Shells!!

Oh my heavens, I was so excited!! You can find the recipe for these shells here

We served these with salads and garlic bread! And Arena brought over red velvet cake with creamed cheese iciing! AMAZING!! Here's a shot of everyone enjoying their meal :)

Then Ethan decided to be "funny" LOL Have you seen the movie "Just Go With It" featuring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston? Well, there is a part of that movie where Adam Sandler barks with his hand. It's ridicuously funny and I don't even know why. Well, since we came home from the movies Saturday night, he has been doing that CONSTANTLY, LOL! So, last night he decided to do it out the window at people walking up the street..... weirdo, haha!

And guess what? We got packages in the mail yesterday from my cousin's sweet wife :) She bought us a new diaper bag... it's black and white polka-dotted... JUST LIKE TAYLER'S ROOM!!

And they purchased a car bottle warmer, AMAZING pacifiers (that close when dropped), and burp cloths!

Thank you SO much Leeann and Justin! We LOVE them! :)

Cheers to Project 365!!

Day 46: Bits of Trivia That Most People Don’t Know About you

1. I have memorized about 5,000 Bible scriptures over the years thanks to Bible Quizzing. Of course, I'd definitely need a refresher to re-call the majority of those, haha, but it was an amazing ministry and I'm so thankful I got to be a part of it :)

2. I am lactose intolerant.

3. I don't enjoy scalloped potatoes. Or peas.

4. I was born at 1:06AM.

5. I met my husband by accident. My brother was at his house with a friend and called me asking me to tell his friends about a story. My husband heard me talking, grabbed the phone out of my brother's hand, and said: "You just want to discuss this over dinner?" And well, here we are.

6. I prefer Autumn/Winter over Spring/Summer

7. I always leave one bite of food, regardless. I'm not really sure why, but I do it. Constantly.

8. I'm scared of paper bags. We don't have ANY in our house. And we will keep it that way.

Project 365: Day 462- March 7th

Sunday night, I thought I was going to go INSANE if this house did not get cleaned. So, today I got up and had the motivation and determination to TRULY clean this house... I'm talking DEEP clean. I'm talking cleaning out cupboards and organizing closets deep cleaning :) And let me tell you, I feel SO much better!! And I LOVE our new vacuum and the way it makes our carpets look! Here's the living room:

And remember how all of those shoes used to be at the front door? Well, my husband had an amazing idea that we should clean out the broom closet and put them in there so they don't clutter our living room. I liked that idea, so I cleaned it out and put our shoes, mop, broom, etc. in there!

I love it and I feel like our living room looks 10x better!

And now, onto the kitchen,. This took A LOT of work. I cleaned out a lot of cupboards so I could de-clutter our counters. And I feel MUCH better about it too!! :)

And I hung up the 2 new picture frames my mom purchased us in the living room! It's really coming together :)

Our house is truly becoming a HOME..... and I am glad because guess what? I feel like I'm about to POP with this little lady inside me, haha! :) I took a shirt shot today because I was wearing a tighter shirt and I think you can really tell that she is dropping in this picture.

After I felt like the house was as clean as it was gonna get, haha, I heard a knock at the door! It was our mail lady with a package... a package from my dear friend Stephanie!! :) She gave us TONS of clothes for Tayler... and as I was showing Ethan the outfits (and the teether toy and blanket), he found the outfit HE wants as her coming home outfit. Now, if you'll remember, I had already picked out a jean jumper, pink onesie, and little jacket, but he picked another outfit he wants, haha :) Here's a picture of the package and the outfit he wants follows!

Why does he love it so much? Because it matches her room.. and it says "Love My Daddy" *smacks head* So yes, it will be packed for the hospital. He wins, haha!

Then, we had some YUMMY stuffed peppers with Matt & Carrie! :) I posted the recipe last week when I made this, but I will post it again underneath of the picture of the stuffed pepper :)

I took 6 green peppers and cut the top off of them and cleaned them out in the middle.
I cooked 1 1/2 cups of rice.
After that was done, I stirred in 1 lb. of un-cooked hamburger with the rice.
I took the rice and hamburger combination and stuffed it inside of the peppers.
I took 1 mozzarella jalapeno cheese stick and stuck it down the middle of the peppers.
Then, I dumped 1 jar of pizza sauce all over the peppers
and I added 1 cup of water to the crock pot.
Then I covered the peppers with pepper and garlic.
Cook in the crock pot on high for about 6-6.5 hours!

I think they tasted great hehe and they had an extra POP since I used the jalapeno cheese sticks! :) I love having our friends as our neighbor! We can share dinner and just have a good time! :)

After dinner, we went to the store and purchased a lamp for our living room. I've been wanting one because I'm sick of using the huge overhead light. There's no happy medium. It's either super bright or super dark in there, haha! And we got this lamp for only $12.00 :) I LOVE IT.

And last night, I painted my finger nails too :) Did a little bit of pampering on myself, haha. They're pink glittery. How fun!

Then, we snuggled up and ended the night with "Pretty Little Liars." :)

Cheers to Project 365!

Day 45: Things you Still Want to do in Life

1. Have children. Sure, I'm pregnant, but haven't given birth yet, haha! I am so excited (and nervous) to experience that. I'm also anxious to experience and be a parent to my sweet babies. I am so excited for this journey to start. Not much longer!

2. Build a house. Please don't get me wrong... I LOVE our home that we have now! But I would LOVE to one day build our own house... I want all of the little things I've always envisioned in my home just the way I want them. I want an eating area in the kitchen with huge bar stools, I want a fire place... One day!

3. Change someone's life. I want to REALLY make a difference and impact someone's life!

4. Be on a game show. You know, I don't even really have a preference as to which one it is. Maybe the Newlywed game? Maybe Deal or No Deal? *sigh* A girl can dream, haha!

5. Take my kids on vacation! I want to visit Disneyland one day and see the Magical Kingdom :)

6. Own my own business/restaurant. One day!

Project 365: Day 461- March 6th

TODAY WAS MY BIRTHDAY!!

I know, pretty exciting huh? :) I turned "24" today. Keep the elderly jokes to a minimium please, haha! :) Wanna see what a 24 year old looks like? Sure.

First of all-- I just want to thank God for all of His blessings I've had this year! It has been a life changing year, that is for sure! I have moved out of my parent's house, conceived a child, married the love of my life... and "24" will only bring even more amazing things. We will get to have our precious baby girl, watch her grow, experience being parents. I am so grateful that He has given me another year and another chance to live this amazing life! I am one BLESSED "YOUNG" lady ;) haha!

So what was on my list of things to do on my birthday?

NOTHING.

That's right. Ethan asked me what I wanted to do today and the answer to that question was RELAX. :) We have had a busy past couple of days and I wanted nothing more than to just put my feet up and watch some TV/movies :)

We did end up going over to his mom's though! She had a present for me from her and my sister-in-law Susan! Guess what they got me??

A beautiful necklace with matching earrings! The necklace has a couple of charms that go on it that means various things such as "faith, love, believe, hope, etc."

They're gorgeous!

And they got me Reese Witherspoon's perfume "In Bloom".... It smells AMAZING!

Thank you so much Carol and Susan!

And we got a present for Tayler from her Uncle Jon and Aunt Arena! They went to Louisville, KY over the weekend and bought our sweetie a pink bat that is personalized with her name on it! How sweet is that?? It is absolutely ADORABLE.

We just love it! :)

The rest of the night we spent cuddled up inside. We watched a movie called "My Soul to Take." It was a pretty interesting movie. Definitely was suspenseful.

And we watched Daniel Tosh's new comedy routine on Comedy Central called "Happy Thoughts." I find this man hilarious, let me tell you, haha! He was CRACKING me up, oh my word!

Cheers to Project 365!

Day 44: Things you Want to Teach Your Children

1. Family is the most important thing! I want our family to always have a tight bond. When I was growing up, we were ALL close. We had "family nights" and it was not un-cool to go to the mall or movies with my parents. I had an amazing support system and I want Tayler (and the rest of my future kiddos) to feel the same way! :)

2. Jesus IS your best friend. I want Tayler (and the rest of my kiddos) to know that the name of Jesus can change any situation!! Talking to Him is amazing and something we should do daily! Jesus is my best friend and has helped me through so many situations in my life. I want my kids to know about His power and know that they can talk to Him during anything! I want them to know that there is power in His name.

3. Education is important. I don't want to pressure them to get a certain grade point average, but I do want them to know that trying their best and reaching their full potential is critical. Education is one of the only things people cannot take away from you!

4. It's sooo important to give to other people and help them! I want my children to always know the value of being selfless. I want them to constantly think about others. I want them to love one another. I want them to know that there is power in the words that they speak. I want them to know that they can impact people's lives EVERY day and it's important to have a positive impact!

5. Gossip is dangerous. I pray that I can be a shining example to my children about this action. I want them to know that talking about other people and downgrading them is NEVER a good thing. I want them to know that tearing someone else down ONLY tears YOU down. I don't want them making fun of other children. I don't want them speaking negative about others.

6. Nature is AWESOME :) I want us to do activities outdoors and not always be inside! I want to take walks with them. I want them to LOVE riding their bicycles. I want them to LOVE fishing (or whatever else it is they choose to enjoy outside hehe!) I just want them to find the peace that I find in nature :)

7. Thankfulness :) I want them to be thankful for everything. I want them to know that hard work is what really pays off!  And when we receive blessings, I want them to thank the One that gave those blessings! A thankful heart is a happy heart :)

I'm sure there is more that I will want to teach my children, but I think these are the main ones. I want them to be happy children. I want them to have positive morals and actions. I just want them to have huge hearts and LOVE life as much as I do (if not more!) :)

Project 365: Day 460- March 5th

I LOVE Saturdays! :) I had a rough night Friday night with not feeling too hot :( It's the darn changing of the seasons. It messes with me every year, but this year, I'm not allowed to take the medicine I usually take. I can take a certain medicine, but it doesn't affect me one bit, haha, so there's really no point in that, huh? I told my parents that as soon as Tayler is born, I want my allergy meds brought to the hospital LOL!! :) I can't even complain though. This baby girl I've got is TOTALLY worth the headaches and nausea! I love her more than anything in this world!

So, we finally got up. Ethan went to work out, I cleaned up the house. Then, we got ready and went to Steak-n-Shake. My mom and dad came along too and guess what they brought me?? Flowers, a Happy Birthday balloon, and a card :) How sweet is that? I have the BEST parents in the world!

I got some YUMMY food at Steak-n-Shake and inhaled it in about 5 minutes, hahaha! I was starving! After everyone got done eating, I went to get my hair-cut! I wanted a mommy-do, haha! I got about 3" cut off (so it's right above my shoulders) and I have some bangs!

Here's a far away shot:

And an uplcose shot:

I LOVE it! It feels so soft and light! I was so ready to get it cut! And I am so excited to try different things with it, hehe! I think it'll be easy to do once our sweet Tayler is here! YAY :)

After that, guess what my sweet hubby bought me? Yea, it's that phone cover in the picture ^ haha! But I'll show another shot of it! How sweet is that? He is SUCH a sweetheart! I had a maroon/black case for my phone for the longest time, but I wanted a girly one and I just LOVE it!

Oh-- and I splurged for myself, haha! Bath-n-Body Works was having a sale, so I went and there and bought a little basket that has "Twilight Woods" body wash, lotion, and body spray AND it had Cherry Vanilla chapstick :) Good deal, good deal! :)

Ethan loves the smell of it, so I think we're good, haha!! :)

Then, we went to a movie! We saw "Just Go With It" and oh my word! I haven't laughed until I cried at a movie in SUCH a long time!! I literally had tears streaking I was laughing so hard! If you haven't seen this movie, I recommend it. Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler are wonderful together!!!

We had our usual snack through the movie too, haha! A BIG tub of popcorn, Raisinets, and a large Sprite (that Ethan drank almost ALL of hahaha) We had SUCH a good time!! :)

Oh, and my mom purchased 2 new frames for our house to hang in our living room and LOOK at how adorable these are??

Now we just wait for Tayler to arrive so we can put her pictures in there! :)

We had a WONDERFUL day! We came home, watched a Tosh.0 marathon, and went to bed!

Cheers to Project 365!

August 13th Journal Prompt: Anger.

The journal prompt of the day is: How do you deal with your anger? I bottle a lot of my emotions up inside. If I feel anger- it may show on...
