22 Weeks Pregnant!

We are 22 WEEKS PREGNANT today! :) That's 5 1/2 months! Whoohoo!! :) I am so excited to be getting SO close to meeting our sweet baby girl!

According to my 'What to Expect' App, baby girl is about the size of a Papaya (which is about 8 inches and 1.2 pounds.) I believe it because we can not only feel her now.. but we can see her kicking! They are very subtle kicks. I keep trying to video tape it, but you still aren't able to really see them on camera. I can see it, but I think that's because I'm looking for it, haha! My mom got to feel her kicking again last night and we finally figured out it was hiccups because it was constant and rhythmic. First time I've felt her have the hiccups! Tayler had them constantly, so I have a feeling Quinn is going to be the same way, haha!

Speaking of that, I don't know if you all read my blog or my Facebook this week, but we have changed the baby's name. If you remember correctly, we had picked Sawyer Kellylynn as her name. Well, I have always been in love with the name Quinn. I tried and tried to convince Ethan when we first found out we were having a girl to name her that, but he kept saying he didn't like it (or it was just the nick name I picked for her! ;) Quinnie! He kept saying that it made him think of Winnie the Pooh hahahahha!) But anyways... he finally agreed.. and I didn't even have to nag him. He was the one that brought it up, hehe! So Quinn Makenzie it is!! :)

Insane to think we only have 105-126 days until Quinn is here! And guess what?? We still have NOTHING done! :( I have clothes.. and that's it. UGH. I feel like we are so behind with this pregnancy. She has absolutely nothing in her room. I mean, at least we got all of the junk cleaned out of it, but still, haha! It's just a bare room... not painted... crib isn't up...  changing table isn't up... we still need to get a baby bath, socks, more bottles, diapers, more washcloths/towels.. I need to clean the breast bump and get things organized for her. It feels like we have so much to do.. and we are really slacking as far as time goes! I am full term as of April 17th... that's a little over 3 months. EEEEEK! Craziness!

Alright.. now for the weekly questions!

How far along? 22 weeks

Total Weight Gain? Yeah, it probably isn't good after the holidays. I'm going to be honest, haha! I'm going to be exercising for the next 7 days because my next doctor's appointment is next Wednesday and I don't want to be scolded, haha!

Maternity Clothes?  Yes! And wearing maternity jeans finally! :) Thanks Mom and Dad!

Stretch Marks? I think I might have saw a new one, but I guess that goes with the territory sometimes!

Sleep? It's getting rough which is surprising because I'm not 'huge' yet, but I'm starting to get lower back pain/sciatic nerve pain when I lay on my side, so I have had to have a pillow between my legs to feel descent!

Best Moment of This Week:  Spending time with friends and family for New Years Eve!

Miss Anything? Sleeping on my belly. Coffeeeeee.

Movement? Oh yes!! She is getting to be quite the active little lady! I can feel her and see her now!

Food Cravings?  Whopper. BAD ALYSSA!

Anything Make You Queasy/Sick?  As always-- dirty dishes and poopy diapers! Oh.. and vomit. Thanks Ethan!

Gender: GIRL!! :) Our Quinn Makenzie!

Labor Signs? No thank the Lord! :)

Symptoms:  Really now-- it's just peeing in the middle of the night!

Belly Button In or Out? She's an innie!

Weddings Rings On Or Off? On for now! :)

Happy or Moody this week? Very happy! :)

Looking Forward To:  Hearing Quinn's heartbeat next Wednesday! :)

I hope you all had an amazing New Year with your families! I know we did. I can't believe it's 2013 already! We are officially having a baby THIS YEAR!!
